Gabrielle Girardeau, Anna Ternon

Based on the observation that artists and researchers are keen observers of the world, armed with the sensitive and with concrete and conceptual tools ranging from the finest technology to DIY, the use of the body and that of theories to observe, measure and feel, understand, transcribe and communicate. They invite artists and researchers to a theoretical and practical exploration of the mechanisms underlying artistic and scientific processes, through a series of open discussions and practical workshops in small groups. The objective is to thus highlight fertile points of convergence and divergence, and initiate a network of collaborations between artists and researchers, by attempting to consider science as a link between different artistic disciplines, and art as a bridge between various scientific fields.
