Tribute to Michel Serres
Michel Serres worked with Anne Gruner-Schlumberger to create the Fondation des Treilles, a place dedicated to dialogue between research and the arts.
He was one of the administrators and organized many interdisciplinary meetings that brought together philosophy and science. He also adorned with an admirable text the work of Takis “The Virgin and the Bull”, that the foundation lent on the occasion of the exhibition “Georges-Henri Rivière, seeing is understanding” to the Mucem, one of the largest museum in Marseilles, in 2018-2019.
Today, the Fondation des Treilles pays tribute to this universal thinker and indefatigable traveler who was still working on organizing a new seminar in March 2020.
